Carrick Shore, Dumfries & Galloway - 4th May 2015
A lovely sunny day. We parked overlooking Ardwall Island.
Looking towards the Murray Isles
Ardwall Island, you can walk out to it when the tide is out.
A walk up to see the view from Knockbrex Hill first.
The path to the top, lots of warblers heard, including Willow, Chiffchaff and Whitethroat.

Back on the shore we set off to walk along the Carrick Shore

These reeds were full of Sedge Warblers
