Easter Saturday and after spending a week shifting snow, we decided it was time to chill out with a walk in the snow in the Galloway Forest Park!
We stopped in the Grey Mares Tail carprk to take some photos
We were going to walk from here, but the footpaths we attempted were all closed due to felling

We then moved on to near Clatteringshaws, by the Old Edinburgh Road

Worryingly we found a trail of blood which continued for some distance along the track
